Black Widow Aviation, LLC provides comprehensive inspection services with transparent, flat-rate labor pricing. Our shop rate for additional maintenance and repairs is $120/hour..

Inspection Overview

Our standard inspection pricing is all-inclusive for the labor required to ensure your aircraft is airworthy.

What’s Included:

Labor for the complete inspection process.
Labor for the oil change and filter replacement.
Wheel bearing re-pack.

What’s NOT Included:

Parts (oil, filters, O-rings, etc.).
Labor or parts for A.D. compliance.
Repairs, discrepancies, or additional services.
Additional costs may apply if A.D. logs are not current within the past two years.

Important Information for Owners

Required Documents at Drop-Off

To avoid delays, please provide the following documents when you drop off your aircraft:

Pilot Operating Handbook (POH).
Airworthiness Certificate.
Weight & Balance Data.
Current A.D. Log (within 2 years).
All Airframe, Engine, and Propeller Logbooks.

Invoicing & Release Policy

Initial Invoice: Due upon receipt after the inspection, covering labor and basic parts (oil/filters).
Corrective Estimate: You will receive an estimate for any necessary repairs within a few days.
Parts Deposit: Once repairs are approved, a parts invoice is issued and due upon receipt.
Final Payment: All remaining balances must be paid in full before the aircraft is released.

Late Fees: A 3-day grace period is provided after an invoice is emailed. After 3 days, a 5% late fee will be applied.

Cleaning Services

As part of our maintenance, we will clean the cowling (top and bottom), propeller, and windshield, and remove any fingerprints. Full wash services are available for an additional fee.
