Our standard shop rate, and how billing, drop-off, and invoicing work for maintenance, repair, and restoration jobs.
Shop Rate
$120 Per Hour — Maintenance, Repairs, Overhauls, Restoration, Recovery & Mobile ServiceThis rate applies to work outside our per-aircraft inspection pricing below.
Required Documents at Drop-Off
To avoid delays, please provide the following documents when you drop off your aircraft:
- › Pilot Operating Handbook (POH)
- › Airworthiness Certificate
- › Weight & Balance Data
- › Current A.D. Log (within 2 years)
- › All Airframe, Engine, and Propeller Logbooks
Invoicing & Release Policy
- Initial Invoice: Due upon receipt, covering labor and basic parts.
- Corrective Estimate: You will receive an estimate for any necessary repairs before we proceed.
- Parts Deposit: Once repairs are approved, a parts invoice is issued and due upon receipt.
- Final Payment: All remaining balances must be paid in full before the aircraft is released.
Late Fees: A 3-day grace period is provided after an invoice is emailed. After 3 days, a 5% late fee will be applied.

Cleaning Services
As part of our work, we clean the cowling (top and bottom), propeller, and windshield, and remove fingerprints. Full wash services are available for an additional fee.
